The Box Office is located on Monte Verde St. between 8th and 9th Aves., Carmel-by-the-Sea, California.
Box Office Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 am – 4:00 pm.
NOTE: To obtain the many benefits offered by ticket packages, only one package may be ordered at a time.
This will then allow each patron to obtain a Patron ID and the flexibility to exchange tickets at the Box Office.
20/20 Discount – Purchase a block of 20 or more tickets and receive a 20% discount on your entire order!

There are NO refunds once tickets are purchased.
Tickets may be exchanged for alternate performances (subject to availability) by returning the originals in person or by mail to the PacRep Box Office at least 24 hours prior to the original performance date.
Non-Subscribers will incur a per-ticket fee of $3.00.
In the event of a cancellation for which there is no rescheduled date, a refund for this ticket may be issued at the option of the management.
