Mary Poppins the Musical is coming to the Forest Theater in August/September 2022!

A Fun-Filled Musical for the Whole Family!

Based on the series of children's books by P.L. Travers and the 1964 Disney film
Directed by Lara Devlin • Vocal Direction by Janice Perl

Aug 11 - Sept 18, 2022
Outdoor Forest Theater, Carmel

George and Winifred live at Number 17 Cherry Tree Lane with their misbehaved children, whose latest nanny has just quit with a fit. Enter Mary Poppins, the "practically perfect" nanny who teaches with magic and bonds with the children as no other nanny has. When Mary suddenly leaves the position, and Winifred hires George's childhood nanny to take on the job, sending George and the children fleeing from the house, Mary becomes more valuable than ever. With patience, kindness, and a little bit of magic, Mary and her friend Bert help the family set things right - maybe more right than they'd ever been before.

Dear Patrons,

Please see detailed information about the Outdoor Forest Theater and PacRep's safety protocols below.

COVID-19 Guidelines for Forest Theater   08/01/2021

THANK YOU for your patience during this challenging time. PacRep is thrilled to welcome back our patrons to live performances!

As our venues reopen, we remain committed to the safety of our patrons and employees. Below is additional information on the steps we are taking as PacRep Theatre.

Vaccinations...
  • At this time, all patrons over the age of 12, will be required to show proof of vaccination or provide a negative same-day Covid test.  This section will be updated as further information becomes available.

Masks...
  • Masks are now optional in all outdoor areas, but are recommended in crowed lines or when visiting the restroom.

Social Distancing...
  • The CDC continues to recommend social distancing in large or crowded groups. We ask all patrons to maintain distancing of 3 feet when moving around the facility, and that each party of theatre-goers leaves one open seating space when in the theatre auditorium.

Meeting the performers...

  • To protect the health and safety of our performers and crew, the tradition of greeting the cast after the production will remain suspended until further notice.

Venue Capacities
  • Auditorium capacities will be reduced where required by state or county mandate. PacRep's safety plan will maintain at least one empty seat between groups to maintain social distancing throughout the performance. At theatres where performances are non-reserved, such as the Forest Theater, you will be requested to leave one seat (approximately 2 feet) between groups.

PacRep Company Members
  • All PacRep cast members, crew and volunteers over 5 years of age are required to be vaccinated.

Guest Wellness
  • PacRep Theatre's reopening plan is consistent with the safety practices recommended by the Centers for Disease Control for operating public event spaces during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Ongoing Actions
  • PacRep continues to work closely with the relevant authorities, and safety measures will be constantly monitored and adjusted according to the latest requirements.
